Keto Data Services
The KETO data system, created by Rupertsland Institute, is a reliable high quality user-friendly database that meets the needs of Aboriginal Skill Employment and Training Strategy (ASETS) communities while enhancing accountability with Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). As a web-based program, KETO’s online reports and queries facilitate information collection and management. Quality assurance reports available in KETO help users ensure that all relevant client results are captured and the reports are used to detect errors in data, thus contributing to the production of error-free uploads to ESDC.
KETO is the software of choice for 27 Indigenous organizations across Canada including those in Alberta, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.
KETO staff assist new KETO customers build capacity within their organizations by conducting training sessions to help agreement holders understand the system and the accountabilities with Service Canada. The KETO staff also provide classroom training by monitoring data entries and providing online coaching so that data entries present an accurate documentation/record of the work that is completed with clients.
